Places are filling fast, book now to avoid disappointment..... Here at Casa de Carrasco we offer Yoga retreat holidays within a Spanish olive and almond grove. You have the opportunity to enjoy a daily yoga practice tailored to your needs set within our stunning mountain location. Situated within the Serra de Cardo designated Natural Park in the mountains 12 miles above the Spanish Costa Daurada, 1 hr 45 minutes south of Barcelona. We're sure you'll also enjoy all of the many activities on offer. Families and non-yoga enthusiasts are also welcome and will find a wealth of hiking trails, fishing villages, vineyards, beaches and castles to explore.

Relax in clean, comfortable surroundings
Accommodation is in beautiful 4 metre wide Bell tents. With stylish decor and ample space to relax you'll really enjoy the 'Glamping' Experience! we include lighting, and use of bed linens, blankets and towels to make your load a little lighter. Full kitchen and hot shower facilities are located in our sensitively converted stable where you'll also find a small dining area and comfy sofas to sink into. You're also welcome to rent our small 'pop up' tents if you prefer a simpler approach to camping.
Daily 1.5 hr Sivananda Yoga classes are held outdoors at 8am with fresh mountain air and stunning mountain scenery. Whether you are a beginner or beyond, all classes are tailored to your abilities day by day. Classes are included in the daily rate.
A nutritious breakfast is provided each morning after Yoga class and is also included in our daily rate. This is a time to share your plans for the coming day and enjoy stunning mountain views while sipping freshly brewed coffee or herbal teas.
Our Yoga retreat holidays are self catering. You'll find an onsite shop providing all day to day necessities. A simple kitchen is equipped with all you need. Also explore the many colorful local markets, experimenting with fresh local produce to create a healthy feast for dinner.
Many activities are on offer, you may like to try trail riding on horseback throughout the designated Natural Park. This can be enjoyed from as little as two hours, or a whole day.
Beautiful L'Ampolla beach on the Costa Daurada is only 12 miles away and is a great spot for sunbathing and practicing yoga. After taking a dip in the Mediterranean sample the local harbour front tapas bars and restaurants for a real taste of Spain.
Massage therapy is available during your stay at Casa de Carrasco Yoga Retreat. Treatments range from detoxification and lymphatic drainage treatments to anti cellulite and also a blissful relaxation massage. Prices start from as little as 25 euros and include locally sourced oils.
